Here is what I have given up:
-fried foods
-sweets
-pop
-caffeine
-bread (when I do indulge it is whole wheat
-dairy

I gave up meat two years ago - never looked back.  :)

You’d be surprised how full you can feel on a vegetarian diet - fuller, in fact, because of your increased fiber intake.

    2. a-flash-in-the-pan said: I would pick all bread & flour - maybe keep the whole grains (in their original hulled form — wheat berries, etc) but like not wheat bread. Just my .02. :) I don’t think I could give up meat AND bread.
