Medical-types?

fibercrack:

…any one have any suggestions for what seems to be a pulled/torn shoulder muscle?  My achievable doesn’t kick in for realz until Wednesday and ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow

Thankfully, I can type and knit and roll dice with my arm braced so my shoulder need not move.

Immobilization, rest, and NSAIDs. I tore a hamstring a few years back, and that’s what I had to do.
